What does the Safe Travel Fare include?

  • Medical and health care, up to 3,000 €
  • Dental expenses, up to 250 €
  • Repatriation or medical transport of injured or sick people
  • Repatriation or transport of the other insured persons
  • Displacement of a family member or companion in case of hospitalization
  • Expenses for the stay of the displaced relative or companion in case of hospitalization, up to 50 (500,00 x 10 days)
  • Expenses for the stay of the non-displaced family member or companion in the event of hospitalization, up to 1,500 euros (100 euros x 15 days)
  • Convalescence at the hotel, up to 1,500 euros (100 euros x 15 days)
  • Repatriation or transport of the deceased insured person
  • Early return due to the death of a family member
  • Early return due to the hospitalization of a family member
  • Early return due to a serious incident in the insured person’s home or professional premises
  • Loss of contracted services not enjoyed as a result of hospitalization
  • Professional driver dispatch. Medical teleconsulting service
  • Travel cancellation expenses, up to 500 euros (See reasons for cancellation in the policy conditions)
  • Refund of holidays not enjoyed, up to 3,000€

Cancellation

Reservations with Safe Travel Fare are associated with a cancellation and travel assistance insurance. Consult all the conditions at https://flexmyroom.com/public/arag/551991900_en.pdf

The first night will be charged at the time of booking and the rest at check-in. The refund of this amount in case of justified cancellation will be made through the insurance company ARAG.

  • he prepaid amount cannot be refunded if the reason for cancellation is not included in the general conditions of the policy.
  • No refund of the prepaid amount will be given in case of no-show.
  • The customer may cancel his or her reservation up to the day of arrival.
  • The customer may modify their reservation up to 24 hours before the day of arrival. (As long as the hotel allows it).

Who is covered by the insurance?

The insurance covers the person who makes the reservation and all his/her companions. It is important that you include them in the policy on the app.flexmyroom.com website so that they are fully covered or otherwise we will have no way of identifying them.

If you are making the reservation for a third person you must ensure that they are included in the policy through app.flexmyroom.com.

What happens if I don't show up or don't report it?

In this case you will lose any right to claim any type of compensation.
